We are pleased to announce Kergen Angel as the 2022 Youth Governor.

Kergen is the 2021 Program Director of the YMCA Victoria Youth Parliament and has had this role for the past two years, calling the opportunity an absolute honour and privilege.

“I am really excited to be Youth Governor for the 2022 program, and to take the step towards taking young people into the room where it happens. And giving them a bit more access to the decision making, particularly in our representative democracy, and making sure that young people always have a seat at the table,” he said.
